Our mission is to provide our investors with a high single-digit-return monitored by audited financials with full transparency and accountability and sustainable monthly income stream with significant margin of safety by making consistent disciplined investments in originating and funding short term senior bridge loans in first-lien position

With maturities typically from six to twenty-four months, secured by multi-family, industrial, non-owner-occupied residential, and core commercial real estate assets in key markets of the United States with a primary focus in coastal counties of California with up to 50% to maximum 60% Loan-to-Value (LTV).

Our experience and expertise in commercial real estate lending and navigating several economic cycles allow us to enhance risk adjusted returns by actively investing in short-term secured loans and provide our members with above market returns. We focus on select property types and geographies to lend,using a conservative propriety value approach. Our team leverages its extensive market knowledge and networks to source these unique opportunities.
