Career production included over $900 million in CRE loan underwriting and placements. Brian graduated from University of California, Irvine and the Investment Banking Institute from New York.

William K. William K. Whiteford is the Compliance Officer of Key Bridge Capital. He began working in the real estate and mortgage industry since 1996. In addition to compliance duties, Mr. Whiteford performs financial and business analysis evaluating debt investments. Ronald L. Sexton

Ronald L. Sexton, former Savings & Loan President, began his career in mortgage lending in San Jose, CA, in 1969. Since that time, Mr. Sexton has been originating loans and managing mortgage banking operations nationwide, funding both commercial and residential loans. Elizabeth Tao

Elizabeth Tao joined the team as a Business Development Associate upon finishing her B.S. in Business Administration at the University of Redlands. Her role in the company focuses on assisting with activities & strategies within the capital markets space in underwriting and analyzing loan origination. Her primary emphasis in CRE origination includes marketing, structuring, and managing relationships with clients and investors. She participates in securing capital commitments, building and maintaining investor relationships, which invests across multifamily, retail, office, medical properties, industrial properties.
